Most Wonderful Time (12/2/23 4pm)
Artistic Director and Conductor of the Glens Falls Symphony Orchestra Charles Peltz hosts this wonderful program of light classics and favorites for the season.

Candles Burning Brightly (12/3/23 4pm)
A one-hour celebration of Chanukah, the Jewish Festival of Lights. Mindy Ratner hosts this holiday favorite and exploration of Chanukah foods and traditional activities - and plenty of music.

Chanukah Memories and Melodies (12/9/23 4pm)
A new one-hour radio special featuring interviews with artists and public personalities about their Chanukah memories grounded in the music tied to their holiday memories. Guests include cellist Alisa Weilerstein, Broadway actress Tovah Feldshuh, and Eric Jacobsen, artistic director of The Knights.

Carols as Home with the Imani Winds (12/10/23 4pm)

Carols as Home features a modern take on classic Christmas carols, hosted by Imani Winds founding oboist, Toyin Spellman-Diaz. Toyin coaxes intimate stories of Christmas memories from the members of the ensemble, and why these classic carols are still essential today. You’ll hear many of your favorite carols updated with the ensembles’ own imaginative take.

The Many Moods of Christmas 2023 (12/10/23 6pm)
Jose Daniel Flores-Caraballo, the Opalka Family Artistic Director and Conductor of Albany Pro Musica, and Rex Smith co-host this eclectic mix of choral favorites for the season.

All is Bright (12/16/23 4pm)
Lynne Warfel hosts an hour of gorgeous, contemplative choral music that tells the traditional Christmas story with songs about angels, the star and the manger scene.

A Winter’s Solstice (12/17/23 4pm)

Steve Seel hosts a winter solstice program, with modern classical sounds for the longest night of the year, chosen especially to compliment the chilly, starry nights of the season.

An annual and beloved Christmas tradition, “A Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols” is an extraordinary and memorable live service of word and music from the Chapel of King’s College, Cambridge, England. Hosted by Michael Barone.

St. Olaf Christmas Festival (12/24/23 3pm)
This service in song and word has become one of the nation's most cherished holiday celebrations. The festival includes hymns, carols, choral works, as well as orchestral selections celebrating the Nativity and featuring more than 500 student musicians in five choirs, and the St. Olaf Orchestra. Valerie Kahler shares the sights and sounds of this choral favorite.
