Conductor Robert Manno

The Windham Festival Chamber Orchestra was formed in 2000. The brainchild of a husband and wife—composer, conductor and baritone Robert Manno and violinist Magdalena Golczewski, the orchestra is comprised of the finest musicians from the New York area and includes current and former members of some of the world’s most esteemed orchestras and ensembles. Manno and Golczewski will appear in their last WFCO performance this Saturday, a concert featuring music of Tchaikovsky, Scott Joplin, and Robert Manno himself. The concert takes place at the Orpheum Performing Arts Center in Tannersville on August 17 at 7:00 pm. An open rehearsal will take place earlier in the day starting at 10:30 am, and a pre-concert talk will take place at 6:45 pm.
